1. The service

C-NDA Protocol™, operated by WitUp Ltd (Company No. 16572774, England and Wales), records the acceptance of non-disclosure agreements with identity evidence and anchors a cryptographic hash of the evidence package on a public blockchain. C-NDA provides evidence infrastructure; it does not provide legal advice, and a certificate is not a court decision.

2. Accounts and fair use

You are responsible for your account and for the lawfulness of the documents you register. Usage limits per plan are described on the pricing page. Nothing you have created becomes inaccessible if you downgrade.

3. Certificates and third parties

Certificates are issued to all bound parties. Signers keep permanent access to certificates that concern them, independently of the account status of the certificate owner.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
